- NSN(s): 2530-00-863-3155 All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The subject requirements are for acquisition of NSN 2530-00-863-3155. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract for which Delivery orders may be placed for one (1) year. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. See Note 9, 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 20 December 2004 athttp://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is a 100% small Business Set-Aside.
