This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation is for delivery FOB Aviano Air Base of the following: Description: Test System, Hydrostatic, 0-6000 psi Specifications: Portable or Bench Mount Discharge Pressure Ranges Available ? 0-6000 psi Inlet Air Requirements ? 8 cfm at 100 psi. Fluid ? Water, P-D-680 solvent, MIL-H-5606 hydraulic fluid and most other petroleum based fluids. Factory set air pressure relief valve ? Prevents over-pressurization of tester. Adjustable high pressure fluid relief valve ? Prevents over-pressurization of unit under test. High Pressure Gauge ? ASME B40.1 grade 2A hydraulic pressure gauge, 1/2% full scale accuracy or 1/4% accuracy digital gauge with peak read memory feature. Output isolation valve ? Used to isolate unit under test. Bleed Valve ? Releases pressure prior to disconnecting unit under test. All stainless steel wetted components ? Strength, durability, corrosion resistance. Precision regulator ?
