- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is seeking potential quoters for a Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Healthcare service purchase order for Dental Services at the Wanblee Health Center in Wanblee, South Dakota. Services will be provided five (5) days a week from January 3, 2005 through January 31, 2005, then two (2) days a week from February 1, 2005 through September 30, 2005, at which time the contract will be reviewed and re-evaluated. Requests for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by telefax or email. The closing date of this RFQ will be December 17, 2004 @ 3:00 p.m. CST
