FOB Destination. An ?Export Control? technical data package (TDP) exists for this NSN. First Article Government Testing required. Requested delivery is 274 days ARO. This NSN is a critical application item and configuration control applies. Solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity Contract with provisions for a 100% quantity option for a quantity of 42 each. Solicited Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
