- The proposed procurement is for the following NSNs: 4330-00-001-7841, 4330-00-069-1633, 4330-00-168-2398, 4330-00-363-6122, 4330-00-363-6128, 4330-00-690-4211, 4330-01-021-6320, 4330-01-062-3836, 4330-01-360-6365, 4330-01-442-5009, 4330-01-448-2249. FILTER ELEMENTS, FLUID. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), for traditional stock support. The contract term will consist of a 1 year base period with 4, 1-year options (estimate $896,240K/year, $4.5M/5years) The Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Item Description is in accordance with approved sources Velcon(13573)and Facet(87405) part numbers. The Government intends to issue a solicitation which may be obtained through the DIBBS website http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil. Requests for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. See numbered note 12. This solicitation will be available on its issue date at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE ISSUE DATE OF DECEMBER 21, 2004.
