- Grade JP8 Aviation Turbine Fuel, NSN: 9130-01-031-5816, MIL-DTL, 83133E dated April 1, 1999, Purchase Program 2.2A, quantity 1,497,505,000 USG; Grade JP5 Aviation Turbine Fuel, NSN: 9130-00-273-2379, MIL-DTL-5624U, dated January 5, 2004, Purchase Program 2.2C, quantity 322,340,000 USG; Grade F76 Naval Distillate Fuel, NSN: 9140-00-273-2377, MIL-PRF-16884K, dated November 14, 2002, Purchase Program 2.5A, quantity 129,764,000 USG and MUM Gasoline, Auto, Midgrade, 89 Octane, NSN: 9130-01-272-0983, ASTM-D-4814, Purchase Program 2.5A, quantity 1,300,000 USG. Requirements are for U.S. Inland, East and Gulf Coasts and Offshore locations of Puerto Rico. Ordering period is Date of Award through March 31, 2006. Delivery period is April 1, 2005 though March 31, 2006, plus a thirty-day carryover period. Approximately 37% of all products are being set aside for small businesses. Copies of this Inland/East/Gulf RFP will be available via the World Wide Web (WWW) at the Defense Energy Support Center Home Page (www.desc.dla.mil) and/or the Federal Business Opportunities homepage at www.fedbizopps.gov. A WWW posting notice will be sent to firms on the solicitation mailing list on the date the Inland/East/Gulf RFP is issued and posted on the DESC Home Page. Requests for paper copies of this RFP or the WWW posting notice must be submitted by fax at (703) 767-9269 to ATTN: DESC-BZC (Robert Crosby), RFP SP0600-05-R-0061. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
