- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has entered into a Basic Ordering Agreement with Raytheon Company, 6380 Hollister Avenue, Goleta, CA 93117-3114 for a maximum ceiling amount of $9,000,000.00. The BOA covers a four-year period. The contract was awarded on August 06, 2001. The BOA includes line items for support of the AN/SLQ-32(A)(V)(2) counter measure systems. The BOA consists of several line items for Depot support services, SRA/SRU repairs, component parts, failure analysis, system improvement/modifications, engineering drawings/documentation and miscellaneous support services. Procurements under the BOA will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is for the class of orders that may be issued by NSWC Crane under the BOA for a one-year period. Individual job orders issued by NSWC Crane will specify required tasks and all applicable delivery ! terms and conditions. All responsible sources may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the BOA; such inquiries will be considered by this agency. Notes 22 and 26 apply.
