F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Corpus Christi, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 80 each 315 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 198 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 80 ea ch, 210 Days DACA. This is a Critical Safety Item. This item is restricted to WOODWARD GOVERNOR CO., Cage Code 66503, GOODRICH PUMP&CONTROL SYSTEMS INC., Cage Code 11599, TRANSUPPORT INC., Cage Code 3M833 and GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY, Cage Code 99207 bec ause the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
