- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Hunter Manufacturing Co., 30525 Aurora Road, Solon, OH 44139 for the following: Nine (9) each, Military Space Heater, Part# UH680DH for AFMLO/FOW, Kelly USA, 601 Davy Crockett Road, Bldg. 1534, San Antonio, TX 78226. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is sole within the discretion of the Government.
