- The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with CC Systems, 14501 Walsingham Rd, Largo, FL 33774 for software support and updates for Libzilla software for VISN 11 Optical Laboratory. The Libzilla Software is the only compatible software used with the CC System to trouble shoot problems connected to Labzilla and to provide continued software updates to stay current with industry products and software changes. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the software support that will satisfy the agency requirements. RFP due on 12/17/04, 4:30pm local time. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Contract period will be from DATE OF AWARD through 9/30/05 with four (4) annual renewal options.
