- Solicitation Number, SP0450-05-R-0347, RD042660010000, consists of (1) NSN 9150-01-353-4799, Hydraulic Fluid, Automatic Transmission Products shall conform to and be approved by General Motors Corporation under GM Automatic Transmission Fluid Specification Dexron III Dated 93 April. This is a Critical Application Item in accordance with STD NR MIL-STD-290F REFNO DTD 07/17/00 Amend NR DTD Type Number II , Shelf Life 36 months. MSDS and Hazardous Warning Label are required. FOB Destination. Origin inspection required. QAP 004 applies. Requested delivery is 34 days ARO. This is a commercial item. The request for proposal is a Small Business Set-Aside which will result in a Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year plus two option years. The solicitation contains an Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) clause. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 190,980 QT. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Stock delivery going to (SRG) Richmond, VA depot and (AQ5) Tracy, CA. Surge and Sustainment is required. The solicitation will issue on ? December 20,2004 ? with a closing date of January 20,2005.
