- Description
- The Broadcasting Board of Governors, International Broadcasting Bureau has a requirement at its Sao Tome Transmitting facility for a contractor to furnish competent and qualified manpower to perform “buildings and grounds (B&G)” services. These B&G services include custodial services for: the Transmitter and Administrative Building, the Facility Administrative Building, and the Ex-Morganti Building, the Station Power Plant, Guard Houses, and Buildings and Grounds Maintenance. The contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel that are required to perform these B&G services. The period of performance will be for one base year, with options for 3 additional one-year option periods. The evaluation factors for award will be included in the forthcoming RFP document. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561210 – Facilities Support Services. Offerors interested in receiving a copy of the RFP may download it from this website (preferred method) approximately two weeks after this Notice is published, or they may respond in writing to the Contract Specialist, Mr. Brent Peavler via E-mail at bpeavler@IBB.gov. Please reference the solicitation number on all correspondence regarding this notice.
