- LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking to lease approximately 13,500 ANSI/BOMA square feet of Class A Office space. The space should be on a single floor and contiguous; preference will be given to first floor space. Offers will be considered for both existing buildings and new construction. Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: North: Tioga Street South: Dauphin Street East: One block East of Broad Street West: One block West of Broad Street Lease Term: Ten (10) years with cancellation rights after the fifth (5th) full year of occupancy. Ten years firm for new construction. Expressions of interest should be submitted before December 17, 2004 and must include: A) Building name and address B) Rentable square feet available and rental rate per square foot.
