- GSA/FTS proposes to procure the following: Statement of Work 1. SCOPE: Purpose is to establish a contract to provide Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) subscriptions for internet concurrent users for DRUGDEX ? System, DISEASEDEX ? Emergency Medicine, POISINDEX ? System, CareNotes ? System, DRUG-REAX ? System, PDR ?, Martindale, REPRORISK ? System, TOMES ? System, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), AltMedDex ?, RPS Herbal Medicine. Licenses fall under AFMS Virtual Library services. 2. LOCATION OF WORK: Product is online and available 24/7 with proper authentication. 3. JOB VERIFICATION: Vendor will ensure product is updated with the most current medical information and product enhancements. 4. HANDLING: Vendor will ensure continuous access; AFMS Knowledge Exchange will provide IP addresses to vendor. 5. HOURS OF WORK: Product must be available to all Air Force Medical Service members 24/7. 6. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Request base year plus 4 option years. Base year would consist of 1 Dec 04 through 30 Nov 05. Option year one: 1 Dec 05 through 30 Nov 06. Option year two: 1 Dec 06 through 30 Nov 07. Option year three: 1 Dec 07 through 30 Nov 08. Option year four: 1 Dec 08 through 30 Nov 09.
