- General Services Administration, Global Supply will be issuing a Negotiated Solicitation on or before December 2, 2004. Solicitation 6FEP-B3-040292-N contains (5) five FSC 4110, CIRCULATING FANS. Contract will be a firm-fixed price, indefinite quantity, two-year requirements type contract with three one-year options for the period of April 1, 2005 thru March 31, 2007. These NSN?s are part of the GSA?s Stock Program. The contract will include and Economic Price Adjustment Clause. Estimated quantities and item purchase descriptions will appear in the solicitation document. All offers are to be FOB destination, with delivery of 90 days or less and a minimum order of $50.00. Award will be made to the most responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the best value and most advantageous to the Government.
