- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing intends to procure seventy-two (72) ADJUSTING UNIT, COLORTRONIC INK KEY, ADJUSTMENT, from KBA-Giori. KBA Giori is the original equipment manufacturer. This procurement action is for supplies in which the government is to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.10601. See numbered Note 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. THe procedures set forth in FAR part 12 and 13.106-3 shall be used.
