- The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma, AZ anticipates issuing a solicitation on or about November 19th to acquire custodial service the Laguna Field Office, located in Winterhaven, Ca. Request for Quotation No. 05SQ340026 will identify the specifics for this requirement. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide custodial services. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561720 . This acquisition is solicited as 100% 8(a). The receipt of quotes will be due on or about 9:00am on December 9th, 2004. However, all dates in this announcement are subject to change. Once available, this solicitation must be downloaded from www.fedbizopps.gov and ideasec.nbc.gov. The Government reserves the right to issue the solicitation on paper or CD-ROM if the website becomes inoperable or in the Contracting Officer determines it is in the Government's best interest to do so. The government contemplates award on or about December 17th, 2004, with a performance start date of January 1st, 2005. The resultant award will be made on an all or none basis to include a basic period with four option periods. Offerors should register on the website to be included on the offerors list in order to receive notifications pertaining to the solicitation, or visit the web site after November 18th, 2004 in order to access the solicitation and any subsequent amendments and/or notices. All information required for submission of an offer will be identified in the solicitation. Effective October 1, 2003, prospective vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) prior to the award of a contract. Failure to register in the CCR database may make an offeror ineligible for award.
