- Provide refuse removal services at Cottage Grove Lake and Dorena Lake near Cottage Grove, Oregon. Performance period for a base year plus four option years. The service will be on call from 1 January thought 30 April and 1 October through 31 Decemb er. Weekly services on Monday or Tuesday from 1 May through 30 September. Cottage Grove Lake may have additional on call services during 1 May through 30 September. This request for quote (RFQ) will be available on the Portland District website on or ab out 29 November 2004, and due back by 13 December 2004, 14:00 hours.
