- Description
- WR-ALC/LSKT anticipates issuing a contract to ITT Industries, Clifton, NJ, to produce AN/ALQ-172 Electronic Countermeasures Improvement (ECMI) Group B requirements for B-52H aircraft. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is intended for subcontracting possibilities and is not a request for competitive proposals. This contract will include the following supplies and services: 42 each Group B aircraft installation kits for ECP-93 upgraded AN/ALQ-172(V) LRUs (LRU-1 Receiver, LRU-4 Transmitter, LRU-10 Controller) and new LRU-21 Control Display Unit; LRU-1/-4/-10/-21 Spares; YIG FOM Installation Kits; Upgrade ALM-289(V) EMTS EMD NO.1 and NO.2; AN/ALM-252(V)1/(V)2/(V)3 Hot Mock Up (HMU) Upgrade to AN/ALM-289 EMTS(V)1/(V)2/(V)3; ALM-289(V)1/(V)3 EMTS Production Configuration Enhancements Upgrade; WR-ALC/LSERB Engineering Lab (V)1/(V)3 SATS Upgrade to EMTS; ALM-252(V)1 HMU Upgrade; ALM-252(V)1/(V)2 Upgrade to ECP-93; EMTS (V)1/(V)2 Test Program Set Software Update; Control Display Unit Software Update; EMTS (V)2 Software Update; Provisioning.
