- The United States Air Force is conducting Market Research in an effort to locate interested vendors to manufacture the CSU-23/P Advanced Technology Anti-G Suit (ATAGS), a lower-body, full coverage suit. At the present time, there is only one approved vendor for ATAGS. Once an Offeror(s) has met all requirements, they will be qualified as a source for manufacturing ATAGS. To obtain this engineering approval of their G-suits, prospective sources (offerors) must satisfy all qualification requirements as listed in the ATAGS Technical Data Package (TDP). This Market Research is not a formal RFP and is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Currently, there is an annual requirement for approximately 100 suits per fiscal year (FY06-FY08). In order to be considered for future production contracts, interested vendors must respond that they are interested NLT 31 Dec 04 and be qualified NLT 30 Dec 05. Offerors must submit their suits along with the appropriate test documentation by 31 Oct 05 to allow the government time to conduct an evaluation of their samples.
