- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 5.202. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) FA8604- 05-R-6032. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25 and DFARS Change Notice 20040930. The following clauses and provisions apply: FAR 52.204- 7, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5, and DFARS 252.204-7001. This is a procurement will be for the purchase of MatLab Engineering Support Software Package. Coverage is 12 months from 14 DARO. This RFQ has the following line item(s): CLIN Description QTY 0001 MatLab Engineering Support Software Package 1 lot DESCRIPTION: ADP Software Proposals must price each above line item listed. Please note if manufacturer requires a license agreement to be signed by government, the terms and conditions of that agreement are required to be in compliance with all Federal Laws, Statutes, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Therefore, please modify accordingly and submit with your quote. License Agreements submitted without complying with all Federal Laws, Statutes, and Federal Acquisition Regulations shall be deemed as unresponsive and will not be considered for award. FOB Destination Ship to: WPAFB OH 45433. Proposals shall be received at ASC/PKWIS, Attn: Estelle Staine, 1940 Allbrook Dr, Suite 3, Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433-5309, or by facsimile at (937) 257-6390 by 4:00 PM EST 23 November 04.
