- 377 CONS/LGCB Kirtland AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order to Flightscape Incorporated, 36 Antares Drive, Suite 850, Ottowa, Ontario K2E 7W5. The objective of this effort is the purchase of an annual support and upgrade agreement for the Recovery Analysis and Presentation System (RAPS) software to include maintenance, upgrades, technical support, and licensing. The period of preformance for this effort will be 01 January 2005 to 31 December 2005. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541511 with a size standard of $21,000,000 gross annual revenue. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.
