- Description
- The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) seeks to establish multiple (two or more) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Dental Laboratory Services. Award to (at least) one local, Pittsburgh area laboratory, located in or within an approximate 25 mile radius of city limits, is contemplated. Services to be provided for various stages in the fabrication of oral prostheses. Removable procedures and Implant and Fixed procedures will be required. It is expected that the majority of work will be in the area of removable prosthodontics. Quotes will be evaluated based on factors such as demonstrated quality of service and product and proven standards of laboratory prescription detail (as indicated by past performance) quality of lab facility and personnel, effective Q/A procedures, pricing, business relations, and turnaround time. In the evaluation of local area laboratories responding to this requirement, those laboratories providing personal pickup and delivery services will be given preference. This RFQ will be issued on/about 11/26/04.
