- Description
- The US Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (DOL/ETA), is soliciting proposals for on-going property management support to be provided to the National Office of Job Corps, six (6) Regional Offices, and twenty-one (21) Outreach/Admissions/Career Transition (OA/CTS) contracts, using the EPMS inventory tracking system. Services are provided on the following seven task orders: 1) Regional Office Support, 2) Center Level Support, 3) Project Management Support, 4) revisions to Property Management policies, 5) Bar Coding, 6) Outreach and Admissions/Career Training Services Support, and 7) National Office Contracts Property reviews and special requests. The period of performance for the prospective award will be twelve (12) months from the date of contract execution plus four 1-year options. A Cost Reimbursement type contract is contemplated being awarded under this solicitation. This solicitation is an 8(a) 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210, with a $6 million size standard. Requests for Proposals will be available on the FedBizOpps site at www.fedbizopps.gov, and the DOL site at http://www.doleta.gov/sga/rfp.cfm, approximately 15 days from the date of publication. Request for Proposals in hard copy form will not be available. Closing date for receipt of proposals will be January 21, 2005 at 2 p.m., local time. Requests for proposals must cite DOL051RP20011. Proposals are to be sent and/or hand delivered to the above contracting office address to the attention of Ms. Dayle White. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. No collect calls will be accepted. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view the websites for any amendments made to this solicitation.
