- NSN(s): 1005004387321 Barrel Extension, made in accordance with Drawing (19200) 8448315 and all current relate data. NSN 1010-00-566-3790 Extractor, Cartridge, made in accordance with Drawing (19206)7309295 and all current related data. Solicitation is for a proposed Indefinite Quantity Type Contract with deliveries to various locations within CONUS. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See Notes 1 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps (and on the dibbs) on its issue date of December 10, 2004. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies.
