- Description
- The U. S. Coast Guard (USCG) requires technical representative and sustaining engineering services to support the HH65 aircraft fleet. The technical representative must be a Eurocopter France (ECF) trained field service engineer with a minimum of five years experience. (S)he must be fluent in both English and French for the purpose of providing effective liaison between the USCG and ECF. The contractor must also provide sustaining engineering support services on an as-needed basis to support the aircraft. The engineer must have access to ECF proprietary data necessary to perform these services. Primary performance of duties will be at ARSC in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. The USCG intends to award a requirements contract on a sole-source basis to American Eurocopter LLC, Grand Prairie, Texas. The anticipated term of the contract is a one-year base and four one-year option periods. Requests for the solicitation should be made no later than 30 November 2004.
