Description

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Glynco, GA, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for 20,000 each CPR Face Shields with positive one-way (anti-reflux)valve and anti-bacteria filter. Single-use shield. Breathing tube required. Nylon key chain pouch with velcro closure and key ring attached. Pouch size: 2.5"x2.5" - 3.0"x3.0". Must meet OSHS standards. Bulk packaging acceptable. FLETC will release 5,000 each 4 times over the next 12 months. First release delivery date is November 19, 2004, for delivery to Brunswick GA 31524. Bids should reflect FOB Delivered to Glynco, GA. The reference number for this announcement is 05PTD0012. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small businesses using the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code of 446199 with a small business size standard of $6,000,000.
