- The solicitation for the project shall be posted on the FedBizOpps website on or about 15 days from today. It is the purpose of this solicitation to secure services for recreation use monitoring for the Caribou-Targhee National Forests in southeast Idaho and western Wyoming. Work involves performing user surveys of the recreating public at designated locations and timeframes on National Forest System Lands during the fall, winter, spring, and summer seasons of 2004 and 2005. The work involves 250 survey dates in the specified timeframes - from December 4, 2004 through September 30, 2005. The estimated start date for this project is December 4, 2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-SEP-2004).
