- The R2/RMRS Central Administrative Zone will soon be soliciting offers for SHADOW MOUNTAIN VILLAGE ROOFING, Solicitation No. RFP-CAZ-04-073. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: 1. Removal and disposal of existing roofing and all associated flashing, 2. Furnish and install roof shingles and rolled roofing, ice and water shield roofing underlayment, new galvanized mental vent flashing, and ridge shingles. Including replacing of any bad decking and adherence to regulations requiring historical building preservation. GOVERNMENT’S ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: The estimated price range for the entire project, including alternate bid items, is between $100,000 and $250,000. SET-ASIDE: This project will be 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran concerns and only offers from these concerns will be considered. LOCATION OF WORK: The work is located at the Shadow Mountain Village, Fire Cache building #96 and Dwelling #117. Alternate bid items will include SMV Buildings 101, 102, 103, 104, and 105. The project is located at the Shadow Mountain Village, along County Road 66, just off of U.S. Highway 34, approximately 3.5 miles South of Grand Lake Colorado. SOLICITATION ISSUANCE: The solicitation document will be available via the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ only. It is anticipated that the solicitation issuance date will be July 14, 2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-JUL-2004).
