Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 6,477 Rentable Square Feet of space to yield 5,632 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet of space. Occupancy date is April 29, 2006, or sooner, if possible. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: Bounded North: Take 5th Avenue, then east on 4th Ave., NE/Adel Rd (SR 37); East: East by-pass (SR 37/SR1330; South: SE 5th Ave/Old Quittman Rd.; West: SW 5th St. and then go east on SW 1st Ave. then south on SW 2nd Avenue, then east on SW 4th Avenue; then south on South Main Street. Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g., column spacing of at least 25 feet; no atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; and no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate parking consisting of 20 on site and employee/patron parking required by code on site (a minimum of 36 spaces). First floor space is preferred.
