Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 12,290 Rentable Square Feet of space to yield 10,687 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet of space. Occupancy date is October 1, 2005, or sooner, if possible. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: Bounded North: Dawsonville Highway/SR 53 Connector; East: Thompson Bridge Road/Green Street/Hwy 60; South: Browns Bridge Road/Jesse Jewel Parkway/SR367; West: McEverRoad/SR53. Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g., column spacing of at least 25 feet; no atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; and no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate parking consisting of 40 spaces on site and employee/patron parking required by code on site ( a minimum of 77 spaces). First floor space is preferred.
