This announcement is issued to advise all interested offerors that a Pre Submittal Conference and walk thru of the site will be held on Tuesday, November 30, 2004 at 10:00 AM at the Cargo Building, 198 West Service Road, Champlain, NY. In addition, under this Notice, please be advised that GSA will tentatively be issuing the subsequent Request for Proposal package on/or about January 10, 2005.
