Description

Amendment To Solicitation 9PR0028 (Correction in the Delineated Area only) United States Government United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 60,000 square feet of BOMA rentable square feet. Rentable space must yield between 50,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) square feet to a maximum of 52,500 ANSI/BOMA square feet for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment within the Greater San Juan Metropolitan Area of the Island of Puerto Rico. Location is corrected to read: Offered properties must be located within the delineated area. Along either side of following delineated area and within the known the central business district in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, specifically: North: At State Road #28, East: St. Road 25, Ave. Ponce de Leon, South: Ave. Jesus T. Pineiro (St. Rd. #17); and West: At St. Rd. #17 and continuing South along Expressway Martinez Nadal (St. Rd. #20),connecting with and continuing along St. Road #2 and continuing North along St.Road 165 to St. Road #28.
