The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to SRI Chemical Business Services for a Specialty Chemicals Update Program Subscription Renewal Contract for the period January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005. This handbook contains critical studies necessary for the EPA to conduct its reviews on both new and existing chemicals. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTATION IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the EPA's requirement stated herein may submit a response, which if received within 15 calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered.
