- The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) Contracting Office, Camp Pendleton, CA intends to award a sole source contract, in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 to Computer Science Corporation, 3160 Fairview Park Dr, Falls Church, VA 22042, for engineering and technical services, systems administration, trouble shooting, technical guidance on fielded software, network administration, connectivity, and on-site training for the Deployed Joint Command and Control (DJC2) Program to support the Operating Forces Support Division (OFSD) MCTSSA. The Government believes Computer Science Corp is the only company that can satisfy the agency requirement because of their extensive knowledge of worldwide, C4I tactical systems. The anticipated award date is 20 Dec 2004. The period of performance will be 1 base year and 1 option year. This is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation.
