- This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared and no hard copy will be made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWAR San Diego) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to University of California San Diego (UCSD), School of Medicine, for a period of six and one half months, a California Licensed Clinical Veterinarian with expertise in marine mammals. Required qualifications include, but are not limited to, a Doctorate Degree in Veterinary Medicine from a College accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered Note 22 applies except all responses to this sole source announcement must be received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) from the date of this advertisement. The NAICS Code is 541940 and size standard is $6.0.
