- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions for a period of up to three years under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Lockheed Martin Maritime Systems & Sensors Tactical Systems, P.O. Box 64525, St. Paul, MN. The services and supplies to be provided include support of AN/UYQ-70 equipment delivered under contracts N00024-94-D-5204 and N00024-98-D-5202 and other related AN/UYQ-70 equipment, including sub-assemblies, operating systems, and computers; provide replacement spares, repair of components and assemblies, upgrade technical refresh kits including Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) product change development, production and installation, software maintenance and upgrades, equipment refurbishment, in-service engineering and field services, reliability engineering, failure analysis and redesign and commercial component obsolescence management including vendor monitoring, replacement component qualification, testing and ! ILS product updates. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Lockheed Martin Maritime Systems & Sensors Tactical Systems is the only known company that currently possesses the in-depth technical knowledge of the equipment required to satisfactorily perform the work under the orders contemplated herein. No other source has the technical qualifications and necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
