- FedBizOps announcement # N00019-04-R-0163 posted on 28 July 2004 identified the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intent to award a contract in FY05 based on full and open competition to replace the AN/AIC-22 Intercommunication System (ICS) currently installed on some P-3 aircraft. The Request For Proposal for the AIC-22(V) Replacement Intercommunication System is available for review on the NAVAIR WEB site http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations/. Volume 3 - Past Performace and Volume 4 - Experience are due on 13 December 2004 by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Volumes 1 - Executive Summary; Volume 2 - Technical Approach; Volume 5 ? Price; Volume 6 ? Exceptions, Deviations, and Waivers; and Volume ? 7 Streamlining Recommendations are due on 10 January 2005 by 2:00 PM EST.
