Description

PLEASE READ ENTIRE ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CORRECT POINTS OF CONTACT FOR THIS PROJECT. THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS PURSUANT TO THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM. THIS PROJECT IS AN INVITATION FOR BID SOLICITATI ON. This work consists of rental of cutterhead pipeline dredge with attendant plant and operators for maintenance dredging of principally the Black Warrior and Tombigbee River Systems. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 237990. Estimated cost range of this project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Solicitation documents should be available on or around 6 December 2004. Mr. Leo J. Hickman is the Contracting Officer for this project. NOTES: 1. Bidders, subcontra ctors and Dodge/Plan Rooms are required to self-register their firm or office on the Internet.
