- This is a request for quote (RFQ) for all labor, supplies, materials, and equipment necessary to perform Mowing and Maintenance Services at Monroe Lake in Bloomington, IN. Services will be from 01 January 2005 thru 31 December 2005. This RFQ contai ns an option clause to extend the contract for three one-year periods. If the options to extend are exercised, the three one-year periods will be from 01 January 2006 thru 31 December 2006, 01 January 2007 thru 31 December 2007, and 01 January 2008 thru 3 1 December 2008. This is a continuing funds contract. NOTE: This procurement is 100% set aside for small business, NAICS 561730 ($6.0 million). Award for this procurement will be based on best value to the Government. Factors to be considered are Expe rience, Past Performance, and Price. This RFQ has an issue date of 18 November 2004 and a due date of 09 December 2004 at 2:00 PM (local time).
