- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Requirement is for 1575 EA Set Screw 3/8-16X1/2 long, slotted head cup point, grade 8 per ASTM 354, zinc yellow chromate coating per ASTM A153. Required hardness is 33-39 on Rockwell C s cale. Please submit offers electronically to AndersonE@ria.army.mil no later than close of business 22 November 2004. Delivery capabilities are extremely important, as this is an urgent requirement, and will be weighed more heavily than price.
