Description

Furnish and install one new Engine Oil Pump Assembly test stand, in building 128 in accordance with Drawings. The test stand shall not exceed 7 feet wide, 7 feet deep, and 7 feet high. Upon satisfactorily completion of testing one pump the contract or will ship the test stand to Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL. The contractor shall install and calibrate the test stand and shall demonstrate the functional operation of one pump. Upon successful completion of testing one pump the contractor shall pe rform operator, calibration, and maintenance training. All parts, components mechanisms, and assemblies furnished on the test stand shall conform to all requirements of 29 CFR 1910 and ANSSI B7.1. As a minimum, the test stand shall be covered by a 1-year warranty that shall begin the day following Government acceptance of the test stand. Period of performance is 180 calendar days from date of the award. This procurement is unrestricted. Drawings will be provided with solicitation. North American Indus try Classification System Code is 334519, size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be i n electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Estimated iss ue date is 8 DECEMBER 04. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incum bent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments, which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal.
