Description

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Provide services to maintain, repair, and install government-owned appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, microwave ovens, ice machines, garbage disposals, and gas and electric ranges at Yakima Training Center, W ashington. The contract shall furnish all paints, lubricants, and cleaning supplies to repair the appliances. Repair tasks shall be in accordance with procedures recommended by the respective appliance manufacturer. The contractor shall also clean and m aintain dryer vent systems. A periodic maintenance schedule for cleaning of dryer vents is required. DESCRIPTION OF SOLICITATION: This contract is to be awarded as a firm fixed price contract with a base plus 4 option years. The initial Period of Performance is expected to be 1 February 2005 through 31 January 2006, with each option, if exercised, beginn ing on 1 February of each year. The proposed procurement listed here is unrestricted. NAICS Code: 811412, The size standard for a small business is defined as any concern including its affiliates with an average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $6 million per year.
