- Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals as necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK to provide Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Remedial Maintenance (RM) on one (1) Philips Duel Energy Real time X-Ray Imaging System located at Tinker AFB, OK in accordance with manufacturer?s specifications and the Statement of Work (SOW). Period of Performance is 01 Dec 2004 through 30 Nov 2005. Sole Source: National X-Ray Corporation. Destination: Tinker AFB, OK. The Request for Proposal (RFP), F7MADW42280100, will be issued via email. Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 19 Nov and approximate response date for bids 26 Nov 2004. Contractor is required to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award. Contractors can obtain additional CCR registration information by calling 1-888-227-2423 or may register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 45 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
