- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 17, intends to negotiate a contract with Clinics of North Texas, 501 Midwestern Pkwy E., Wichita Falls, TX for the provision of re-adjustment counseling services to eligible veterans located within the North Texas County of Wichita Falls, TX, to include, but not limited to, individual, group and family sessions. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR part 6.302-1. All FAR provisions and clauses may be reviewed and obtained at www.arnet.gov. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon the responses received is soley at the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Prospective offerors are advised that their office of operation must be physically located within the North Texas County of Wichita Falls, TX. All responsible sources may submit a response to this announcement not later than November 24th, 2004, 4:00 pm, PST, which shall be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
