- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Steris Corporation, 2424 West 23rd street, Erie, PA, 16506, for the repair, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of the following: Four (4) each Steris 1 Sterilizers, SN#'s: 202615, 300053, 300200, & 300352. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is sole within the descretion of the government.
