- The Maritime Administration (MARAD) announces that due to changing program needs, the agency must cancel previously announced solicitation DTMA1R04026 for the re-competition of its Ready Reserve Force Logistics Support Services contract. It is anticipated that MARAD will re-announce a competitive 8(a) set-aside procurement for these services during FY05, subject to the availability of funds. This is not a sources sought notice.
