- This request for quotation is for Hood, Flyer?s, NSN: 8415-01-167-7242(s) which shall be manufactured in accordance with Specification No. MIL-J-83388 dated 18 June 1992, (Titled Jacket, Flyer?s Cold Weather), with pattern dated 16 July 1992. Copies of the spec can be found at http://assist.daps.dla.mil. DSCP shall require a total quantity of 1050 each within this purchase order. Production lead-time is 180 days after date of award with 4 deliveries. First Article Testing is required. The Hoods will be procured FOB destination to SNT (New Cumberland, PA). The PGC code for this item is 01878. This RFQ will be issued as Unrestricted. Note: The hood must be produced in the United States. Closing date for this RFQ is December 10, 2004.
