- This synopsis announces the final decision of the Cost Comparison Study under OMB Circular A-76 for distribution operations at the Defense Distribution Depot, Corpus Christi, TX (DDCT). The study resulted in the decision to continue to perform the activity in-house and implement the Government?s Most Efficient Organization (MEO). The public review period began on October 15, 2004 and concluded on November 17, 2004 without appeals. Solicitation SP0700-03-R-7014 is hereby canceled in its entirety.
