- NSN: 2920-01-175-7214, Control Glow Plug. IAW Drawing 19207 12338772 and all related data. First Article Test (FAT) is required in accordance with Quality Assurance Provisions of Tank Automotive Command drawing, 12338772, page 3 of 8, Table III. Nartron Corp. (32498) is a waived source for the FAT requirement. FOB Destination with Origin Inspection for supplies and packaging. NOTE 26 applies to this solicitation. QTY 2837 Each to Stockton, CA and 14363 Each to New Cumberland, PA all to be delivered in 270 days. If FAT is waived reduced delivery by 150 days. This procurement is 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. While price might be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be available on the internet at http://www.dscccols.dibbs/rfp 15 days after this notice is published in the CBD.
